Socks
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund.
Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to info@filomode.com. After that, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it.
Clothing Items (Excluding Socks)
FiloMode accepts returns of unworn clothing items that meet the following criteria:

Condition
- Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.

Exchanges
- FiloMode does not offer exchanges.

Return Window and Process
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The 7-day return window begins on the date and time the tracking information shows the order as delivered.
- For split package orders, the return window begins on the date and time of the final package delivery.

Return Processing
- Please allow FiloMode 5 - 7 business days from the date the returned package is received for processing.
- FiloMode will send an email confirmation upon completion of the return process.
